ALEOLIO nasce da un oliveto di famiglia: circa centoventi piante, seguite una per una. Non è una produzione industriale, è l'olio che Ale fa ogni anno con cura, e che oggi condivide con chi lo cerca.
ALEOLIO comes from a family grove: about one hundred and twenty trees, each one looked after by hand. It isn't industrial oil. It's the oil Ale makes every year with care, and now shares with the people who look for it.

Trevi sta sulla fascia olivata tra Assisi e Spoleto, un paesaggio di terrazzamenti e olivi secolari che è tra i più antichi d'Italia. Qui l'olio si fa da sempre, ed è uno dei più apprezzati dell'Umbria.
Trevi sits on the olive belt between Assisi and Spoleto, a landscape of terraces and centuries-old trees that is among the oldest in Italy. Oil has always been made here, and it is some of the most prized in Umbria.
